In 2012 our route took us from Toronto, Ontario, along the shore of Lake Ontario before turning northward through cottage country, to Perth, Ontario and then east to Canada’s capitol, Ottawa. After a day’s rest we turned east to Montreal where we spent three days before turning south. We crossed the US/Canadian border at Rouses Point, NY and after a night’s stay in Plattsburgh we took a ferry to Vermont. There we continued our trip southward going through Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, back through New York, into New Jersey and finally ending in Central Park – New York City.
